Take an easy walk one block to the beach & two blocks to beautiful Historic Hwy 101 and downtown Encinitas with a multitude of gourmet restaurants, hip brew pubs, coffee houses, shops & entertainment for all.
Spacious LIVING room has plenty of seating, a work desk area & 55" Roku streaming TV with 100+ free channels and access to guests own Netflix, Prime, Max etc. Free high speed Wi- Fi internet and work station with charger. BEDS and BATHS have high quality linens/towels & extra blankets. Pak N Play crib, high chair and booster seat available upon request. Sunny KITCHEN is fully equipped with all you need to cook in or order take-out! Gas oven/range combo, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, french press, toaster oven, blender and a selection of spices, cooking oil, paper goods provided. Just off kitchen is access to garage with laundry, additional patio with propane BBQ and outdoor warm water shower to wash off post beach trips. Fully fenced and gated COURTYARD PATIO offers abundant outdoor living spaces with lots of privacy. Entertain with dining table for 6, Adirondack chairs to enjoy the sunsets, read a book or BBQ.
We have supplied all of the beach gear (chairs, beach towels, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys and two bikes) so you can stroll or ride one block away to Moonlight Beach to enjoy the playground, swimming/surfing, snack bar and picnic area with fire pits to roast marshmellows. Moonlight Beach has recently undergone a face lift with new concession stand, beach rentals, playground, restrooms & showers and life guard tower. Two blocks away is popular Coast Hwy 101 with gourmet restaurants/cafes, shopping, La Paloma movie theatre, yoga studios and day spas. With nearly perfect year-round temperatures the outdoors is what locals and vacationers alike relish. Ride bikes , swim, stroll the beach, play volleyball or relax in the warm sand. For the kids, Legoland is 10 minute drive. San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Petco Park (Home of Padres baseball) & downtown is a 30 minute drive. Plan a day trip to Disneyland (1 hr drive) or just stay local and enjoy this lovely beach town. The new Crossroads Golf Course or Encinitas Ranch Golf Course are just a few minutes away.

No parties/group events, unauthorized photography, vaping/ smoking/ pets on property. Home is located in a residential neighborhood and you are requested to be respectful of quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am.
